Job Summary
Ensure guest safety and security while managing the Speakeasy environment, including checking identification and enforcing capacity limits. Serve as a Barback as required by the business, handling alcohol service and managing guest objections or disputes with composure. Maintain a clean work area, assist the team where needed throughout the property, and lift more than 50 lbs while standing for long periods. This role demands a flexible schedule with availability for nights and weekends, requiring previous guest service experience and the ability to work in stressful, high-pressure situations.
