Job Summary
Drive residential door-and-window walk-in sales with a consultative approach. Greet customers, identify their needs, and recommend doors, windows, and related products to fit projects. Write quotes, process orders, and coordinate handoff to installation or delivery. Build long-term relationships with walk-in customers, converting one-time buyers into loyal accounts. Collaborate with Outside Sales, management, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends (energy efficiency, modern designs, smart-home options, etc.) and promotions.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in door and window sales or a related building products industry
- Consultative selling style with a customer-experience-first mentality
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to process information quickly and accurately
- Self-motivated and energetic, with a track record of hitting sales goals
