Job Summary
Conduct door-to-door canvassing of local neighborhoods to engage homeowners and generate high-quality leads for Renewal by Andersen's windows and doors. Deliver industry-leading product information to customers while envisioning how our solutions can elevate their homes. Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel throughout your assigned territory, standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 20 lbs. Work a 40-hour weekly schedule from 11 AM to 7:30 PM Monday through Friday. Earn a set hourly rate of $20 with uncapped commissions, averaging $25–$30 per hour for most team members and exceeding $100,000 annually for top performers. Complete a 90-day training program before advancing to a Direct Marketing Specialist role with increased earning potential and schedule flexibility.
