Job Summary
Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighborhoods, engaging homeowners to build interest and set appointments for the sales team. Track daily activity using company-provided canvassing technology while learning sales fundamentals. This independent, high-energy role requires physical stamina for 7–10 miles of walking daily and the ability to handle rejection without losing momentum. You will earn a $17/hour base plus uncapped bonuses, with paid training and a clear growth path into in-home sales or leadership. No prior sales experience is needed; candidates from hospitality, retail, or customer service backgrounds are welcome to join this supportive team culture.
