Conduct door-to-door outreach in residential neighborhoods to introduce roofing services, perform on-site structural inspections for damage, and execute follow-up phone calls to secure leads. Collect contact details and property needs while maintaining accurate records in sales software tools. Demonstrate deep knowledge of United Roofing's policies to overcome objections and set appointments. Represent the company at local events and fairs to expand brand awareness. Maintain a clean driving record and confidence in heights for daily travel and roof assessments. Available for daily meetings at 9:00 AM with peak engagement hours from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Clean Driving Record: A valid driver's license with a clean history
- Fluent in English: Strong communication skills in English
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a personal vehicle available for daily use
- Comfortable with Heights: Confidence in working at heights, including roof inspections
