Job Summary
Greet guests, check IDs, and manage crowd control while maintaining lines and enforcing rules to ensure a safe, fun environment. Clean and remove trash throughout the bar, patios, and restrooms, and assist with private party setups, teardowns, and guest belongings. You must be at least 21 years old, hold required alcohol knowledge and safety certifications, and be able to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Full-time staff receive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) match after one year, while all employees enjoy discounts at 4EG establishments and incentives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Well-spoken individual with ability to effectively interact with guests and staff
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
