Job Summary
Check and help load drivers for deliveries, assist with prep work and pocket door frame assembly, build trim packs and hardware packs, and help unload trucks. Fill in on various tasks as needed across the shop and drive for the company as required. This entry-level production role at Franklin Building Supply offers a path to learn the trade and grow into a skilled position within our lumber and building material business serving professional home builders.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- A reasonable, team-oriented attitude
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive for the company
- Willingness to learn new skills in a production environment
