Job Summary
Manage the Harrisburg, Lancaster, Gettysburg, and York sales territory for Shuster's Building Components by training and educating customers on proprietary ordering software to maintain and gain market share. Execute outside sales activities to network with potential opportunities while effectively managing daily and weekly schedules to ensure tasks are completed satisfactorily. Applicants must reside in the central sales area, possess strong computer skills, and demonstrate the ability to teach and train, with outside sales experience preferred. The role includes base salary plus commissions, paid mileage, and a comprehensive benefits package covering health, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance.
