Job Summary
Warmly welcome guests as they enter the building, assist with seating, and address inquiries regarding menus and special requests. Maintain a friendly, calm demeanour during peak times while managing waitlists and communicating effectively with the front of house team to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Previous hospitality experience and strong interpersonal skills are required.
