Door Flat Line Specialist

Operate and support the automated door finishing line within Drexel's Wisconsin locations. Role emphasizes hands-on use of hand and power tools, basic math and measuring for precise finishing, ability to stand, bend, and lift 50–100 lbs repeatedly, troubleshoot and resolve issues in automated systems to minimize downtime, collaborate with production teams, prep components, maintain a safe and organized workspace, and contribute to meeting builder needs through proactive and flexible teamwork.
