Job Summary
Greet guests and deliver courteous, professional service as a Door Attendant in Guest Services; lead door staff, oversee door operations, and assist with parking, baggage handling, directions, and transportation needs; collaborate with Valet, Bell staff, Shuttle Drivers, and Host/Hostesses; direct guests to local attractions and arrange transportation; assist with loading/unloading vehicles, ensure accurate marking of items, and communicate important details to the next shift; maintain cleanliness and confidentiality of guest information; require a high school diploma or GED (or related experience), and a valid driver's license; capable of lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance; energetic team member focused on delivering five-star service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or related experience and/or training
- Valid Drivers License
- Experience with providing exceptional customer service preferred
