Job Summary
Door Attendant greets residents and guests and serves as the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming experience while verifying identities and granting building access. Responsibilities include maintaining security procedures, reporting hazards, logging packages, handling calls, and supporting maintenance/housekeeping issues. The role requires professional communication and front desk aptitude, with 1-2 years of customer service experience and basic knowledge of front desk equipment; Salesforce experience is a plus. A criminal background check and proof of identity/work authorization in the United States are required.
Required Qualifications
