Door Attendant - Downtown

Assist patients and guests to and from cars, courtesy vans, shuttle buses, or taxis while offering direction support, mobility assistance, and answering general questions. Keep patient loading zones clear by transporting patients, their personal belongings, or selected medical devices, and call, record, and monitor taxi cabs and courtesy vehicles daily. Support valet operations as directed, sanitize equipment, and assist with traffic control in drive-up lanes to ensure safety. Wheelchair recovery is required across hospital floors, clinic floors, hotels, and ancillary areas on and off campus. Maintain a pleasant and helpful relationship with all guests while ensuring the safety of everyone traversing these areas.
