Job Summary
Door Assembler at Kentucky Wholesale Building Products in Indianapolis, IN. Read and comprehend instructions and follow procedures; take measurements to ensure fit of components; align material and assemble residential door units; check doors for highest quality; maintain equipment in good condition; keep records of production quantities and time; report issues, malfunctions, or defective parts. Hours are Mon–Fri, 7am–4pm. Requires construction experience, proficiency with power tools and hand tools, strong quality-control understanding, good communication, good hand-eye coordination, physical stamina (standing, squatting, bending), ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- Construction Experience
- Ability in using power tools, hand tools and saws
- Good understanding of quality control principles
