Job Summary
Unload incoming freight trucks and verify quantities against packing slips in the receiving area. Update orders, label products, and assign locations while bringing stock to the main yard. Manage will call orders by informing customers of arrival and loading delivery trucks. Audit old or dead orders and resolve issues regarding damaged products with sales. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting cycle counts and vendor returns.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs. occasionally
- Must be able to push/pull 50 lbs.
- Horizontal reaching with arms and hands is required
- Occasionally must climb or balance
- All mobility motions are required (standing, walking, sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and climbing)
- Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health/safety and company policies and procedures
