Door and Dock Service Technician with 3+ years of experience in electrical inspection, service, and repair of Commercial and Industrial Rolling and Panel Overhead Doors, Dock Levelers, Dock Locks, Safety Gates and Truck Shelters. The role involves supervising others and overseeing projects with minimal supervision, emphasising safety and integrity. Ideal candidates have strong electrical skills, including troubleshooting, motor control, and wiring, and must demonstrate excellent communication and customer service. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Overhead Door Technician
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and sit or stand for long periods of time
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Computer proficient
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background (DISA) and submit to random and annual drug testing as required.
