Job Summary
The Donut Baker will prepare and bake bakery items to support multiple venues at the Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel. Responsibilities include mixing, baking, and preparing ingredients; checking production schedules to determine variety and quantity; organizing and rotating pantry stock; presenting new menu ideas; ensuring compliance with all applicable food service laws and requirements; attending department meetings and training; and performing other duties as assigned. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of professional baking experience in a full-service establishment. Strong written and verbal communication, basic math, customer service, teamwork, and sanitation proficiency are required. The position involves physical tasks consistent with a medium-strength role (standing, lifting, and handling objects as part of daily bakery operations). Required Qualifications
