Job Summary
Associate for AI Products within JPMorgan Chase’s APAC Chief Data & Analytics Office to support the development, delivery, and adoption of AI-powered products that drive business value across the firm’s business lines. You will work with cross-functional teams, contribute to product roadmaps, and help ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with business needs. Responsibilities include executing regional analytics/AI product strategy, launching and lifecycle management of Analytics and AI offerings (Gen AI and agentic AI), integrating AI capabilities into products, supporting prompt engineering and secure scalable AI interactions, ensuring data sovereignty and regulatory compliance, developing self-service analytics tools and APIs for business users and data scientists, collaborating with risk/compliance teams, mentoring junior staff, and tracking product performance to identify enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience supporting product, project, or technology delivery, preferably in financial services
- Experience assisting with AI-powered product development or adoption in large organizations
- Understanding of product development lifecycle, technical design, data analytics, and emerging AI technologies
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting stakeholder requirements
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and support team members
