Job Summary
Maintain the RaisersEdge membership database by updating records, running queries, and ensuring accurate reporting. Process gifts, generate receipts, update donor levels, and manage payments using QuickBooks. Administer the planned giving program through mail campaigns, material design, gift processing, and personal outreach. Assist with special event preparation, including Fellow Appreciation Receptions and committee meetings. Coordinate membership recruitment and renewal programs while supporting the Executive Director with year-end audits and tax filings. Requires a four-year college degree, three years of non-profit experience, and proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and RaisersEdge.
