Job Summary
Maintain the RaisersEdge membership database by updating records, running queries, and ensuring accurate reporting. Process gifts, generate receipts, and manage payments through QuickBooks while monitoring invoices and payables. Administer the planned giving program, including designing materials, processing acknowledgments, and conducting personal outreach. Coordinate membership recruitment and renewal efforts, assist with special event preparation, and support the Executive Director with year-end audits and tax filings. Requires four-year college graduation, three years of non-profit experience, and proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and RaisersEdge.
