The Donor Specialist is responsible for examining and grading donated goods for sale in Goodwill retail stores, processing donations swiftly to meet production goals. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Must be 18 years or older to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift
Desired Qualifications
- One year or more (1+ years) of production experience preferred
- Ability to foster a healthy team culture of exceptional guest experience
- Basic math and reading skills
- Good oral and written communication skills in English

Additional Requirements
