Job Summary
Responsible for thoroughly examining and grading donated goods to sell in Goodwill of North Georgia Retail stores. Process goods in an accelerated manner to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment while adhering to standard operating procedures. Responsibilities include displaying a professional, patient, and people-first attitude; providing donation receipts; answering guest questions; sorting donations into designated categories; communicating with management; adhering to training playbooks and safety practices; maintaining the donor door/ADC area; assisting truck drivers with loading/unloading donations; attending trainings and meetings; promoting teamwork; and performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ years production experience preferred
- Must have basic math and reading skills
- Must have good oral and written communication skills in English
- Must be able to work at any Goodwill of North Georgia ADC within the territory as needed
- Must be 18 years or older to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift
