Job Summary
Leads the daily operations of mobile blood bank personnel and processes; provides leadership and coordinates resources of the mobile drive to achieve quality customer satisfaction; supervises initiatives to improve processes and maintain high employee morale; oversees donor reaction care and documentation; performs quality control, and handles administrative duties per supervisor instruction; requires strong leadership, data-entry/computer skills, and ability to work with diverse teams in a healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Work Experience: 7 years in a healthcare-related field
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
- License: Current Driver's License in the state of practice with excellent driving record
- Proficiency with Windows-style applications/data entry
