Job Summary
Manage end-user support and technical troubleshooting while gaining hands-on experience with enterprise platforms like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power BI, and Microsoft 365. Contribute to process improvement initiatives by mapping workflows, creating automation scripts with Power Automate, and analyzing data to support organizational decision-making. Collaborate across departments on meaningful projects that optimize business processes and enhance donor services efficiency.
