Donor Services Coordinator (Nights)

Job Summary

Conduct donor family conversations during grief, review medical records, and complete eligibility questionnaires. Coordinate with funeral homes, medical examiner offices, and hospitals to dispatch Recovery Technicians to donor locations. Work independently and as a team to make critical decisions and solve problems relating to donation criteria. This role requires excellent verbal communication, active listening, and strong technical skills in Microsoft software and database management. Candidates should have customer service, social work, or healthcare experience. The position offers a hybrid schedule with rotating night shifts from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., including paid wellness breaks and great benefits.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to manage shifting priorities
  • Must be available for rotating 2–3 days off every other weekend
  • Must be available for night shifts (6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.)
  • Must be available for Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday shifts
  • Must be available for Friday shifts
  • Must be available for holiday coverage
  • Must not require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization
