Job Summary
Accept donated goods from the public and greet donors at their vehicle. Assist in unloading acceptable donations and thank each donor while offering a receipt. Maintain the donation area neat, clean, and orderly both inside and outside, ensuring equipment is in good working order. Sort donations according to current requirements and keep the area secure. Prepare records and reports as requested and maintain an accurate donor count on the DSC Worksheet. Call the supervisor at the beginning of each shift to report in and advise of site conditions. Comply with all Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest policies, CARF standards, and safety regulations, including proper PPE use and confidentiality. Work collaboratively with Workforce and Family Services to provide participant services.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass background check
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance and acceptable dress in compliance with GIIN's Dress Code
- Properly wear and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Maintain agency confidentiality
- Comply with all health, safety and fire standards and all local, state and federal regulations (WISHA & OSHA)
