Donor Services Associate I - (Downtown) Spokane, WA - Full &/or Part-Time/Hourly

Accept donated goods from the public and maintain an orderly donation area. Greet donors at their vehicle, assist in unloading acceptable donations, and ensure a receipt is offered to each donor. Maintain a well-groomed appearance per the dress code, prepare records and reports, and keep supervisor informed of issues. Perform other duties in production and retail as assigned, store and sort donations per current requirements, ensure equipment works, count donors on the DSC Worksheet, and close/lock the DSC at closing. Follow safety standards (WISHA & OSHA), policies, and confidentiality; wear required PPE; participate in meetings/training; work with Workforce and Family Services to provide participant services. Knowledge of CARF standards and safety regulations is part of the operational expectations and location-specific duties.”,
