Job Summary
Assist donors with donations and greet donors in a friendly, professional manner; process donations, issue receipts, and provide information about Goodwill Keystone Area; help unload donations from vehicles and support transportation-related tasks; maintain donor and production areas, ensure safety practices, and support organizational programs and events; requires physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends; forklift license or ability to obtain certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to speak, hear, read and write
- Ability to speak English to interact with donors and customers
- Neat and positive appearance and demeanor
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends
- Possession of forklift license or ability to become certified as forklift operator
