Job Summary
Greets donors and represents Goodwill Keystone Area in a positive manner while assisting with donations, unloading donations from vehicles, issuing receipts, and providing donation information. Maintains donor and production areas, completes donor tracking paperwork, assists transportation with loading/unloading trucks, follows safety procedures, and supports store operations and events. Requires ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, operate material handling equipment with safety, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Strong customer service and English-language communication skills are essential.
