Job Summary
Donor Service Consultants in Lifeblood’s contact centre focus on engaging donors via high-volume inbound and outbound calls to book lifesaving donation appointments, respond to enquiries, and provide clear guidance. The role emphasizes donor-first service, accurate information capture across multiple systems, and delivering a structured donor experience. Training consists of a 4-week in-office program followed by 4 weeks of in-office support; after training, hybrid work-from-home arrangements are available with a maximum of 2 office days per week. Rostering involves a 12-week rotating schedule, Monday to Friday 7am–7pm with one Saturday per rotation; part-time options may apply after training.
