Job Summary
Track campaign pledges, donor engagement activity, and progress toward fundraising goals while maintaining accurate records of donor interactions within the Salesforce database. Monitor giving trends and campaign metrics to identify opportunities for deeper donor relationships, serving as a data resource for the Director of Philanthropy and CEO/President. Prepare donor profiles, research summaries, and briefing materials to support strategic meetings and major gift conversations, while developing and implementing a comprehensive donor stewardship strategy. Plan and execute donor and partner recognition events, coordinate corporate sponsorships, and lead peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns by recruiting participants and optimizing results. Assist with campaign updates, impact reports, and progress communications to help track and communicate milestones. This role operates within Hoyleton's CARE and TCI culture, requiring adherence to specific training principles and clearance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with donor databases and managing fundraising data
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently while collaborating with a team
- Ability to analyze data and translate information into meaningful insights for strategy development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must meet DCFS/CANTS Clearance Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and maintain proof of automobile insurance
- Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, business, marketing, public relations, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Three years of experience in fundraising, nonprofit administration, project coordination, donor relations, or a related field
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered
- Experience working with donor databases and managing fundraising data
