Donor Relations Associate

Job Summary
Conduct telemarketing functions to educate, thank, and sign up donors for future blood donations. Perform on-site recruitment, manage sign-up tables, and assist donor flow during blood drives. Help convert donors to double red and platelet donations. Support marketing efforts by packing, distributing, and inventorying incentive items, labeling recruitment tags, and telemarketing sweepstakes winners. Prepare for special events by contacting invitees, setting up gift tables, and managing refreshments. Assist with data entry and organizational needs while exemplifying customer service mission and core values. Work flexible hours including nights and weekends, maintaining a valid driver's license and knowledge of Missouri and Kansas driving laws. Entry-level position requiring two to three years' experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three (2-3) years' experience in sales and marketing or customer service
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license

- Must be self-motivated and a self-starter with good organization skills
- Working knowledge of computerized accounting systems
- Knowledge of a variety of software applications (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Knowledge of Missouri and Kansas driving laws as applicable
Desired Qualifications
- Some experience in sales, marketing and/or customer service or performing duties in a related area preferred
