Job Summary
Donor Recruitment Representative who engages the community to recruit blood donors for LifeSouth, partnering with local businesses, schools, and organizations to set up and coordinate blood drives; conducts outreach via events and social media to raise donor awareness, educates and motivates individuals to donate, and works to achieve recruitment goals to support hospitals and patients in need; manages donor leads and builds relationships to encourage repeat donations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and LifeSouth driver eligibility requirements
- Must have consistent and reliable transportation
