Job Summary
Assist Account Managers in achieving blood drive goals through on-site recruitment at blood drives, giving presentations to sponsoring organizations, and managing online appointment schedules (including data entry). Build and maintain sign-up tables, recruit volunteers, and provide educational programs for sponsor contacts and recruitment committees. Maintain accurate records in relationship management software and the Online Scheduling System (OLS) to ensure proper blood drive management and provide tracking data on sponsor group performance. Provide organizational support to blood program leaders to meet collection objectives, schedule and deliver educational programs, and comply with all regulations. Utilize tools to enhance customer service, efficiency, and productivity; cover vacant territories as directed; and travel as needed with own transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree OR a combination of education and work experience
- Minimum one-year related experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel to sites throughout the Red Cross organization
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Experience with scheduling and data entry
