Job Summary
Donor Recruitment Associate (Sales) responsible for on-site recruitment at blood drives, securing donor appointments, and providing on-site support during drives. Primary duties include assisting Account Managers in achieving blood drive goals, managing online appointment schedules (data entry), coordinating sign-up tables, and delivering educational programs for sponsor contacts and volunteers. The role requires maintaining accurate records in relationship management software and the Online Scheduling System (OLS), supporting blood program leaders to meet collection objectives, and traveling to various sites as needed. Strong customer service, presentation, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. The position is full-time and aligned with the American Red Cross mission, offering a comprehensive benefits package and salary range of $56,500–$62,000 depending on location and experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree OR a combination of education and work experience
- Minimum one-year related experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel to sites throughout the Red Cross organization
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
