Job Summary
Identify, develop, and implement creative strategies to attract, manage, and retain blood drive sponsors and feeder groups to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual collection goals. Identify methods to ensure efficient scheduling of blood drives by assigned sponsors and provide organizational support to ensure achievement of collection operations and annual goals. Coordinate activities with collections personnel to ensure a positive sponsor and donor experience, while scheduling and implementing education programs for sponsor contacts, recruitment committees, line volunteers, and telerecruiters. Maintain accurate records in the system to provide tracking and statistical data on sponsor group performance, utilizing tools and technology to enhance customer service, efficiency, and productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree OR a combination of education and work experience
- 1 year of related experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience required
- Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including training and presentation skills
- A current valid driver's license and good driving record
- May be required to travel to sites throughout the Red Cross organization

- Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, negotiation skills, and the ability to effectively implement programs
