Donor Greeter - Waupaca (Part time)

Job Summary
Greets donors and assists with unloading donations, maintains daily donation counts, and operates power equipment (stacker, power pallet jack, tilt master, compactor, tipper, forklift). Keeps backroom clean and organized, completes checklists, sorts donations into categories, labels full gaylords, and helps prepare items for transport. Requires good time management, strong communication and customer service, basic math, ability to learn computer tasks, and flexible scheduling including holidays, evenings, and weekends. Prior experience with power equipment is preferred; physical tasks include standing, lifting up to 25 pounds (team lifts for heavier items), and frequent manual dexterity in a warehouse/backroom setting.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication, customer service and attention to detail
- Experience operating power equipment preferred
- Basic math skills required
- Fluent in English
- Experience with computers or a willingness and ability to learn
- Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends, with regular and timely attendance in accordance with the assigned work schedule
