DONOR GREETER

Donor Greeter at Goodwill focused on delivering 100% donor and customer delight. Responsibilities include greeting donors promptly, assisting to unload donations, offering tax receipts, maintaining accurate daily donation counts, breaking down donations into categories, keeping drive-through and work areas clean and organized, transporting trash and operating the compactor, adhering to safety and security practices, providing excellent customer service, and attending in-service trainings. Requires good eyesight and color definition, ability to hear verbal instructions in a noisy environment, strong interpersonal and communication skills, quick assessment of goods for routing, functional reading/writing skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
