Donor Greeter

Greet and offer assistance to all customers within 10 seconds of arrival, evaluating donations and politely declining items on the do-not-accept list. Determine usable and saleable items per guidelines, track all donations accurately, and maintain proper staging of goods while rerouting items to correct stations. Support store operations by sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash, and ensuring racks remain orderly. Follow all safety, security, and company policies, including opening/closing tasks, pricing, markdowns, and paperwork completion. Receive and verify incoming merchandise from warehouse and vendors, participate in required training, and complete cross-training as assigned.
