Job Summary
Donor Experience Officer collaborates with a donor-centered team to deepen connections with donors and alumni. Responsibilities include discovery and qualification of an assigned donor portfolio, outreach via email, social platforms, video conferencing, and phone; clearly articulating the university’s mission; managing a portfolio of 1,000 donors with defined weekly, monthly, and annual goals; and coordinating with Advancement Marketing, Development Outreach, and the Arkansas Alumni Association. The role relies on EverTrue’s cloud platform, video/email/phone communications, data management, and cross-functional collaboration to execute personalized solicitations and donor engagement strategies. Strong written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills to translate data into actionable engagement opportunities are required. Regular attendance and the ability to work with campus constituents in a collaborative environment are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- 1-3 years experience in social media/text messaging/phone/video conferencing in a professional setting
- 1-3 years experience navigating databases/CRM or other technology platforms
- 1-3 years of direct sales, fundraising, hospitality or marketing experience
