Job Summary
Lead the donor-experience operations at the Statesboro, GA donation site by supervising daily activities and staff, greeting donors, assisting with unloading donations and providing tax receipts, and supporting scheduling, training, and safety initiatives. Ensure a clean, well-stocked site, coordinate with the Transportation Department, manage weekly paperwork, and uphold SOP compliance while delivering outstanding customer service and a positive donor experience. Requires high school diploma or GED, strong interpersonal skills, flexibility (nights/weekends), ability to use a hand truck, capacity to lift 40–60 pounds and push/pull 100 pounds, and proficient reading/writing. The role involves leadership responsibilities, team development, and ongoing site maintenance.
