Job Summary
The Donor Experience Lead will supervise the daily activities and staff at the donation site, train new attendants, assist with scheduling to ensure site coverage, conduct safety trainings, maintain an orderly donation site, coordinate with the Transportation Department, handle weekly paperwork, safeguard donations, ensure SOP compliance, and address donor concerns while delivering excellent donor service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Experience or ability to use a hand truck
- Ability to quickly assess donated goods and determine appropriate routing
- Proficient in functional reading and writing
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service to every donor
- Ability to supervise daily activities and staff effectively
- Strong organizational skills to ensure the donation site is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Lifting and carrying 40 – 60 pounds; Developed fine motor control (grasp, handle, manipulate objects with fingers)
- Ability to push/pull 100 pounds
