Job Summary
Design and execute donor retention strategies, building structured journeys across pre, during, and post engagement phases. Conceptualize and manage fundraising events, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery aligned with campaign goals. Drive employee engagement programs within corporates, managing payroll giving and volunteering initiatives alongside HR and CSR teams. Analyze campaign performance across INR and USD donors, tracking key metrics like total revenue and donor acquisition to generate insight-driven reports for stakeholders. Collaborate with fundraising and marketing teams to amplify campaign reach and identify opportunities to increase donation value.
Required Qualifications
- Strong event management & stakeholder coordination
- Experience in donor engagement / fundraising / CSR / events
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret trends and insights
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- High ownership and execution focus
Desired Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in NGO / CSR / fundraising / events / employee engagement
- Exposure to campaign-based fundraising is a strong advantage
- Experience working with corporates and donor communities
