Donor Engagement & Events Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinating donor engagement by designing and executing high-quality events and personalized stewardship experiences to strengthen donor relationships. Responsibilities include overseeing event planning and logistics, creating engagement content, coordinating with internal partners (marketing, finance, frontline fundraisers), and ensuring run-of-show materials and briefings for staff. Requires collaboration across teams, budget management, vendor coordination, and donor communications. Hybrid role with Reno office at least two days per week; experience with donor events such as salons, small gatherings, or exclusive cultivation experiences is valued. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and proficiency with CRM systems and office tools are expected. Evening/weekend availability is required for donor events. Valid driver's license and compliance with related safety programs are noted. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Experience producing high-touch, donor-centric events
- logistics, timelines and stakeholder communication
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with common office and productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Comfort working in a donor database or CRM system
- Ability to work some evenings or weekends as required for donor events
- Valid driver’s license and compliance with Auto Safety Program (as stated)
