Job Summary
Maintain accurate donor records in the database system, track gifts and renewals, and use data analytics to refine strategies. Manage large mailings, donor packets, and recognition tracking while generating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Prepare acknowledgment letters for donations, tribute gifts, and pledges, ensuring quality information is captured using multiple online resources. Assist with analytics to create individual and corporate giving plans, manage monthly sustainer programs, and coordinate segmented donor communication. Support grant proposals, letters of intent, and reporting, while collecting stories and images for newsletters and social media. Coordinate the planning and execution of fundraising events, tracking all data including RSVPs and payments. Work with individuals with developmental disabilities in a full-time role at Holy Angels Residential Facility.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of demonstrated success in fundraising, development, nonprofit, or marketing/public relations
- Must be able to work with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Candidate should be a self-starter and motivated by working in the non-profit sector
- Walk, stand, sit, push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, use hands and lift up to 50lbs, 2/3's of the time

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Bloomerang, Blackbaud CRM, Raiser's Edge or other database systems preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
