Donor Door Specialist

Assist customers and donors with a pleasant and efficient service experience while lifting and carrying goods to and from vehicles. Load and unload trucks with bags and boxes of donated items, then sort through donations to allocate them to appropriate storage areas. Price goods as needed and maintain a safe working environment. Work closely with team members and store management, occasionally supervising volunteers and community service workers. Train new team members as required. This role supports the Ranch's mission to provide hope and healing to children through community thrift stores.
