Donor Door Specialist

Assist customers and donors in a pleasant and efficient manner while lifting and carrying goods to and from vehicles. Load and unload trucks with bags and boxes of donated goods, then sort through donations and allocate them to appropriate storage areas. Price goods and items as needed while maintaining a safe working environment. Work closely with team members and communicate clearly with store management when needed. Occasionally supervise volunteer and community service workers and train new team members. This role requires standing and walking for extended periods, including the ability to lift, stoop, bend, and twist. Shifts run 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. with rotating weekends.
