Job Summary
Donor Development Specialist responsible for growing and stewarding donor relationships and corporate partnerships to drive mission impact and revenue in a remote-friendly role centered in Charlotte, NC. Key duties include managing a donor portfolio, executing fundraising campaigns and signature events (e.g., March for Babies/gala events), securing corporate giving and workplace giving opportunities, coordinating volunteer-led campaigns, and collaborating with market leadership to align donor interests with the March of Dimes mission. Responsibilities also cover maintaining CRM/FRED data integrity, building and sustaining donor retention, and supporting event planning and execution with diverse stakeholders, including volunteers and community partners. Required strengths include detail-oriented communication, ability to cultivate relationships, strong organizational skills, and experience in fundraising campaigns and events. Educational qualification preferred is a four-year college degree with at least two years of related experience.
