Donor Communications Officer - Annual Fund

Own end-to-end execution of Annual Fund campaigns targeting donor segments in the $1–$1,000 range, including managing the Heart of IU Health team member giving initiative. Develop segmented, multi-channel fundraising campaigns via mailers and oversee donor segments across patient, team member, and external audiences. Coordinate campaign timing with the full Foundation calendar and collaborate with the data analytics partner on segmentation and performance tracking. Partner with internal stakeholders to create compelling donor communications and report on donor acquisition and retention metrics. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of experience, and proficiency in Raiser's Edge or Salesforce. Full-time, Monday–Friday, hybrid schedule based in Indianapolis, IN.
