Job Summary

Responsibilities include operating and monitoring equipment, performing donor assessments, maintaining cleanliness, and handling plasma collection processes. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, strong organizational and customer service skills, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Ability to speak, read, write (legibly and accurately), and understand English required.
- Strong customer service skills required.
- Strong organizational skills required.
- Ability to read, follow, and interpret regulations, instructions and manuals required.
- Ability to understand verbal instruction required.
- Ability to read numbers on screening equipment and perform basic mathematical calculations required.
- Effective communication skills required.
Desired Qualifications
- Three (3) months’ experience in clerical or customer service position preferred.
- Specific certification or licensing based on State requirements.
- Basic computer knowledge and skills required.
